HubiC is an acronym for "Hub in the Cloud", and is a bulk storage and sharing service established in December 2011 by the family business located in France.

HubiC has particular methods of storing, including known shortcomings with implementation on some operating systems1). The following rsync command and options seems to work best for dealing with this, YMMV:

rsync \
--archive \
--verbose \
--progress \
--inplace \
--partial \
--delete \
--delete-excluded \
--no-owner \
--no-group \
--no-times \
--rsh=/usr/bin/ssh \
--exclude=".DS_Store" \
--exclude=".git" \
"/SOURCE"/ \

It is recommend that you perform this using GNU Screen due to the time that it may take since cache files tend to be stored locally. Beyond that, GGCom Hash Bash is recommended for checking that the local directory hash on your machine and remote directory hash on HubiC match.
